THE COMPANY
Our Client offers a full range of hard facilities management services. From operation and maintenance services to critical engineering, asset management and fire safety, their directly employed skilled technicians will keep their Clients facilities running smoothly and efficiently to support the entire built environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter who has either worked in a maintenance capacity, or is looking to do so. Any experience in the Building Services industry specifically working with Fire Door Safety would be hugely advantageous, however, training on this element will be provided. You will be responsible for carrying out Carpentry & Multi Trade work to a high standard as directed by the Maintenance Manager on multiple Commercial sites in a mobile capacity along the M4 corridor.
Annual salary up to £38,000 plus vehicle, overtime & standby allowance, pension, tools, PPE, mobile phone.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified in Carpentry and Joinery (Equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3)
- Fire Door experience (Desirable) Training can be offered
- Maintenance Experience on Commercial Facilities (Desirable)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
