We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our clients busy team based in Basildon.
This is a full-time permanent position- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary NEG DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will receive and process work requests from clients via e mail, telephone and online portal.
- Log Calls onto system and assign correct trade and supplier, book appointments, send PO’s, process permits.
- Liaise with suppliers and obtain information for quotes
- Close calls and send client reports
- Schedule and run compliance and general PPM
- Be part of the out of hours rota, where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience coordinating engineers/helpdesk/PPM/maintenance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and portals
- Computer literate
- Enthusiastic and will to learn
