Maintenance Co Ordinator

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our clients busy team based in Basildon. 
This is a full-time permanent position- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary NEG DOE 
Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will receive and process work requests from clients via e mail, telephone and online portal. 
• Log Calls onto system and assign correct trade and supplier, book appointments, send PO’s, process permits.
• Liaise with suppliers and obtain information for quotes 
• Close calls and send client reports
• Schedule and run compliance and general PPM
• Be part of the out of hours rota, where required
   

Requirements:

• Previous experience coordinating engineers/helpdesk/PPM/maintenance 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and portals 
• Computer literate
• Enthusiastic and will to learn
