The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit a Maintenance Coordination Manager.
The Right role:
- Developing, Implementing, and reviewing all activities related to the Planned and Unplanned Facilities Management of the portfolio.
- Management of all matters relating to Building Insurance Claims made on behalf of Team portfolio.
- Ensuring maintenance contracts are in place and monitored for all fire equipment in each development.
- Responsible for calls in the helpdesk and maintenance module and reporting on when required.
- Ensuring helpdesk calls are kept updated with accurate information.
- Communicating / updating shareholders on the status of maintenance requests as required
- Checking all supplier invoices for accuracy and job completion.
- Attending Annual General Meetings or Director meetings specifically to deal with large maintenance issues.
- Implementing of all associated maintenance action points arising from the meetings.
- Responding to all correspondence relating to maintenance issues.
- Assisting Reception with answering of telephone calls.
The Right Fit:
Ideally you will come from a Property Management background in a busy Maintenance Coordination role. Full clean driving licence is also required.
