About the job

In the role of Maintenance Coordinator, you will report to the Engineering Manager and your focus will be liaising between Production and Maintenance. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all foreseeable preventative maintenance work and engineering activities performed within the facility. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to set safety parameters and permit procedures. Additionally, you will ensure the precise upkeep of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Determining labour resources needed and time required to complete each maintenance job
• Monitoring stocks of Maintenance consumables and organizing replenishment of stocks as necessary
• Administering, maintaining, and planning within the CMMS system
• Site inductions
• Adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures

About You

You are an enthusiastic Coordinator with an engineering background who understands technical processes and equipment in manufacturing. You demonstrate your technical and organizational skills in maintenance and are willing to take on responsibility. You manage pressure well and thus ensure the smooth implementation of your tasks within Maintenance at the world's largest refractories group.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Skills

• Engineering qualifications would be beneficial
• SAP knowledge would be desirable

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent

• Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

• Several years of professional experience within an engineering/maintenance office or engineering supply environment
