Are you a Maintenance Coordinator who wants to take on a vital role in the infrastructure of this fast-growing construction plant machinery company with a mission to become the largest in Ireland?

Established in 1996, this company supplies plant machinery to some of the biggest hard companies and working consumers in the construction market. They are looking for a someone to join their team to help grow and maintain the high quality of service that they offer through perfect customer service and high standards.

This role requires you to receive calls taking customer information and helping understand the problem. From this be able to log the jobs on to a system so that you can send and delegate these to the mechanical engineers to fix. From this the job also requires you to be able to resource/search for the needed parts to send email requests to the parts team to order.

This vital role will be well suited to anyone with previous mechanical/Plant Hire background who is organised, hardworking and has strong customer service skills. For this vital role in their business infrastructure, it is important to have a strong level of IT skills.

The Role:

• Monday - Thursday (8.00 - 5.00) Friday (8.00 - 4.00)
• Answering Calls
• Logging Jobs / Delegating Jobs
• Resourcing / Searching for parts
• 20days holiday + 8bank holidays

The Person:

• Organised
• Hardworking
• Strong IT knowledge / skills
• Customer Service
• Plant / Machine Hire experience (preferable)
