SalaryWe currently have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join an established, privately owned, maintenance provider. The company has been established for 30+ years and has a great working environment which is backed up with a great staff retention rate.
The role will be covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across a portfolio of properties being based on one site in Waterloo 2 days a week and the other 3 days covering commercial properties in the West End and City, where you will be covering 2 sites per day.
The successful Maintenance Engineer should hold 5+ years building services experience with good Building Maintenance and HVAC systems knowledge to be able to work independently.
Duties of the Maintenance Engineer
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- Water treatment
- Filters
- Belts
- General Building Services tasks
Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer
- City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or 5+ years building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing

- Self-Motivated
Salary and Benefits of the Maintenance Engineer
- Monday to Friday 8-5
- £38,000 - £44,000 per annum
