Equans is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Woking on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in Electrical & Mechanical engineering to join our team in Woking working on our contract with WWF at The Living Planet Centre. You will be responsible for all PPM & reactive tasks at The Centre and the smooth running of the facility.

What will you deliver?
Carry out maintenance and repairs, Mechanical and Electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment
Monitoring BMS and responding to alarms
Be a first call response for all multi skilled tasks
Carry out a range of plumbing tasks e.g. tap and toilet repairs
Carry out a range of multi skilled tasks e.g. painting, patch repairs to plaster and building fabric
Carry out installation works involved in minor upgrade and adaptation works

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of Planned Maintenance, Fabric, Electrical and plumbing works
Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in building services
Computer Literate, previous experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
