Job Title:Maintenance Engineer - Elec Bias

Location: Leicester

Salary: £46,224

Shift: 4 on 4 off, days and nights

I am working with a leading food manufacturer, with an excellent reputation for quality, who are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

The Business are now part of a successful, international manufacturing group, with serious investment planned for 2024 as the company have grown organically over the last few years, with this year being no exception.

On Offer

• £45,000
• 4 on / 4 off - days and nights - 6-6

Responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance on all plant and equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot problems.
• Carry out repairs to equipment and test repairs.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering
• Experience working within manufacturing, food is desirable
• Strong understanding of all aspects of maintenance, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience working with a variety of manufacturing equipment both electrically and mechanically
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 4 on 4 off shifts
