Description
The role will involve:
- Coordinating and conducting all routine preventative and reactive asset maintenance.
- Assuring safe operation and equipment reliability to meet production demands.
- Manage routine maintenance, spare parts inventory.
- Monitoring asset performance and maintenance effectiveness and identifying and prioritising areas for continuous improvement focus.
- Leading the site maintenance strategy focusing on equipment and process reliability and continuous improvement.
Profile
- Fully qualified multi-skilled Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Evidence of PPM implementation, delivery and control
- Understand and appreciation of Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
