JOB DESCRIPTION Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Attend client premises for planned maintenance, installations, or respond to reactive callouts for emergency repairs.
- Execute both planned and reactive maintenance works across diverse properties, including but not limited to:
- Leisure Centers
- Swimming pool complexes
- Commercial offices and catering facilities
- Schools and colleges
- Warehouses
- Equestrian facilities
- Waste facilities
- Art galleries
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed a 4/5-year JIB apprenticeship or equivalent apprenticeship with the Armed Forces, meeting the requirements for the Electrician or Maintenance Electrician grade.
- Possess an ECS Gold Card.
- Proficient in the current IET Wiring Regulations for Electrical Installations, Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations, Electricity at Work Regulations, and relevant statutory, British Standards, Codes of Practice, and Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
- Stay updated on regulation changes and maintain qualifications.

Salary is subject to negotiation based on qualifications and experience. A standard workweek consists of 37.5 hours. The potential annual earnings can reach up to £60,000 or more.
This competitive salary adheres to JIB standards and includes overtime compensation at one-and-a-half times and double the standard rates.
