MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG brand on the search for a Maintenance Engineer. This is a perm role based in Hereford.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-overs
- To develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures
- Routinely undertake continuous improvement activities to improve capability and reliability
- Participate in site improvements, modifications, an capital investment projects
- Coach, mentor and support Engineers when necessary
- Act as a subject matter expert on site equipment and technologies
What are we looking for?
- Apprenticeship trained in an Engineering Discipline
- Level 3 educated, HNC preferred
- Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
Salary £34,500-£39,000 depending on skill level
6-shift rotating continental pattern
