Description
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Respond to emergency call-outs for repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Carry out tests for new machinery and equipment before use
- Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Contribute to the improvement of maintenance protocols
- Assist in budget preparation for maintenance costs
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry
- Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
