Job title: Maintenance & Facilities Systems Engineer

Are you a Systems Engineer with Maintenance & Facilities experience working within a highly regulated environment? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Systems Engineer to join a manufacturing organisation in the County Antrim region.

Summarised responsibilities:

• Produce SOP's and work instructions, leading Maintenance and Facilities activities, working across H&S, Production, & QA departments
• Supporting Quality with Non-Conformances, CAPA, Utilising root cause analysis tools from a Maintenance and Facilities perspective
• Implement and develop TPM methodology, identify and implement continuous improvement, developing expert knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as plant and equipment calibrations
• Implement 5S strategies across all workstreams. Purchase tools and equipment to support strategies
• Support both Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Critical Spares controls.
• Reporting results and work related activities into Engineering lead

About you:

• Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent, Mechanical being desirable
• Experience working within a similar role ideally a highly regulated industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Food, or FMCG - however open to any manufacturing industry

• Ideally experience in Lean six sigma; TPM and 5S
