Remuneration: GBP35,000 - GBP41,000 (14.50p/h + 30% shift bonus)
Working hours: (4 on 4 off rota, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

The role of the Maintenance FitterTimber Manufacturing Machinery will involve:
- Maintenance Fitter position dealing with the production equipment for a high quality range of timber products produced in a sawmill
- Keeping equipment down time to a minimum
- Manage, repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments to ensure they function reliably
- Respond to break-downs and other operating problems and complete planned maintenance activities
- Maintain detail records so that reoccurring problems can be identified and addressed
- Set, calibrate or adjust equipment, machinery and instruments to comply with production specifications or instructions
- Sign off completed maintenance works
The ideal applicant will be Maintenance FitterManufacturing Machinery with:
- Must have maintenance experience working with heavy Manufacturing Machinery
- Must have come from a mechanical background
- Experienced in fault finding and working within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Must have a sound understanding of H&S practices
- Prepared to get hands dirty
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
