Salary - £27 - £33K

Contract – 6 month FTC with potential to go permanent, 37.5 hrs per week

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person with a strong background in plumbing.

You will be expected to carry out general maintenance duties as assigned.

Duties include, adjusting doors and windows, flooring installations and repairs.

Internal wall repairs, painting, replacing electrical sockets and switches.

Working on the exterior of buildings including grass cutting when required.

A full driving licence is essential as you will be expected to drive a company vehicle to various homes across the central belt, East Ayrshire, Cumbria and Fife.
