Maintenance Handy Person

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Oxford.

• Fully Expensed Van

Role Responsibilities:

• To carry out risk assessments relative to the task undertaken
• Basic plumbing, painting, plaster patching, and changing ceiling tiles.
• Ability, (or willingness to be trained), to work in confined spaces, and climb ladders/scaffolds/mobile access equipment.
• To maintain all internal and external building fabric to a high standard.
• Perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance, and painting/decoration/general fixes.
• General Handy Person Tasks such as Shelving, Fitting Signage, Carpet, and Floor Tiles.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Trade-related qualifications, e.g. Carpentry, joinery, Plastering
• Holds a full UK Driving License.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
• willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota
