Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP43,000

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

There is currently an urgent need for a Maintenance Improver to join my clients manufacturing site in Stoke. This role of a Maintenance Improver would suit an engineer, fresh out of their apprenticeship looking for that next step in their career. There will be unlimited amounts of training and progression on offer and any engineer looking to expand their skillset, knowledge and qualifications will benefit from this position. The maintenance Improver will be required to work as part of the shift team on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.

Skills required for the Maintenance Improver:

• Maintenance Improver must can be electrical or mechanical bias
• Maintenance Improver must hold a relevant engineering qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline (ideally a recognised engineering apprenticeship)
• Maintenance Improver should have previous exposure to a factory environment
• Electrical; Three Phase, star/ delta motors, invertors
• Mechanical; Hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, bearings and chains
