Maintenance Joiner

Your new company
You will be joining a large estates department at one of the largest employers in Edinburgh. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Maintenance Joiner to their reactive team.
Your new role
You will be responding to a variety of reactive jobs on a daily basis which will be divided up amongst the trades team. All the work is on commercial properties throughout Edinburgh city centre, including office blocks, leisure facilities, student accommodation and lecture halls. You will be reporting to a trade base in central Edinburgh each morning, reporting to the contracts manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified joiner, ideally with experience working in a similar environment. Due to the nature of the work, you will be working on foot from building to building, so, so you will need to carry a basic tool kit in a rucksack. A driving licence is required, but there is not a van provided. You do not need a CSCS card.

You will be paid weekly with the option of accrued annual leave and receive regular updates from your Hays consultant.
