Location: Nottingham City Wide

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (40hrs per week)

Pay: GBP17.00ph paid weekly via umbrella (no CIS/LTD)

Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term/Temp to Perm

Notes: Must hold full UK drivers license. Successful applicant will need an enhanced DBS carried out prior to starting

Duties

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work for the Association s housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Carry out Joinery/Multi Trade installations, upgrades, maintenance and repairs in NCHA managed properties.
• Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.
• Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
• Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records.
• Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money, identify efficiencies, gaps in service delivery, and communicate them to line management.
