If yes, we want to hear from you!Annual Salary: GBP45,000Weekly hours: 5am - 1pm/11am to 7pm rotating shiftsKey Responsibilities: Managing a team of 4 plus Mechanical FittersEnsuring team works to efficient time scalesOversee development of new and experienced team to continuously improveMaintenance and repair of industrial washers, drying machinesPlanning and undertaking scheduled PPM'S (planned preventative maintenance tasks) in relevant timeframes.Pro-active to call outs / breakdowns / line stoppages in timescales agreed.Diagnosing faults & repairing equipmentMonitor breakdown and repair data using in house computer systemAttend meeting and training courses as requiredEnsuring that all machinery and equipment runs efficiently at all times with minimum downtimeMust have a recognized Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship.
