Successful candidate will:
1. Take the lead in maintaining and servicing the home's vital systems, ensuring comfort and safety for all.
2. Apply your tradesman skills proactively to resolve any technical issues swiftly.
3. Manage a variety of longer-term projects, such as refurbishments and redecorations, enhancing the home's appeal and functionality.
4. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
5. Coordinate with external contractors and oversee their work to ensure it meets the high standards expected.

Desirable Experience:
1. Proven experience in a trade such as mechanical, electrical, carpentry, or other building disciplines.
