Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities, manage contractors, and oversee large projects.
- Lead in building management, operations, and health and safety.
- Provide input and manage refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance issues.
- Develop supplier relationships and ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Implement cost-saving measures and environmental initiatives.
- Coordinate support contracts and maintain compliance records.
Building Management:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and conduct inspections.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise water hygiene and record management.
Qualifications:
- Practical repair skills, trade experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of building systems and regulations.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities software.
- Facilities management certification is desirable.
