About the Property:

About the Role:
- Scheduling and organising any remedial and repairs works
- Carrying out scheduled duties such as:
- Fire Checks
- Water Checks
- Security Checks
- Hvac Checks
- Room and Communal checks
- Every day maintenance
- Assigning jobs to the maintenance assistant
- Liaising with external contractors / suppliers & Costings
About you:
- You will be a current Maintenance Manager / Facilities Manager / Property Manager
- You will be carrying out and / or familiar with the above duties / checks
- Great knowledge with Plumbing and Electrical systems.
- Understand finances and costings
