Your new role
As Maintenance Manager you are off the tools leading the people, driving a culture of preventative maintenance and lean improvement and managing the investment CAPEX planned for the coming years. This is a leadership role where you will lead the department and support other departments with product development and be a major advisor on the future plans of the company. You'll work with the Operations manager who is very keen on collaboration and support.
What you'll need to succeed
Positive attitude to driving improvement as they have huge plans for scaling up the business, fond of empowering your maintenance team through training and showing them how to do things, engineering project experience and a willingness to support other business units and drive the business forward through engineering processes
What you'll get in return
This is a senior role where you will get the chance to lead improvement and process change and deliver a strong preventative ethos, salary 70 - 80k Euro, company bonus and benefits and incoming pension scheme
