join their team on a full time, permanent basis. They are a global supplier for numerous ...

committed to producing zero defects to support the various regulated sectors they supply for.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of maintenance
engineers and therefore should have previous experience managing a team within a similar
environment. You must be able to work independently and confidently on multiple projects of
varied discipline and oversee the training plans and career development for the team.
You will be responsible for managing the proactive, reactive and corrective maintenance
schedule, overseeing all installations and continuous improvement works, overseeing the
operations and ensuring all tools and equipment are available onsite, you may need to liaise
and negotiate with third parties as well are production and different departments within the
company whilst ensuring the efficiency of the site's production, minimising downtime and
keeping ahead of H&S, compliance and legislation.
Essential Requirements:
Several years experience as an Engineering Manager / Site Manager / Maintenance
- Previous experience managing or supervising a small - medium size team, including
and operation schedules and handling data management.
- Previous experience within packaging, plastics or injection moulding is highly
- You must hold at least a HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Enthusiasm to grow with the company and create a diverse multi-skilled efficient
- Proven ability to identify under-performing assets for evaluation, identify potential
papers.
