My client is looking for a Maintenance Operative for their busy accommodation site to assess and alter all fire doors in their premises due to wear and tear.
- Changing door hinges
- Fire proof seals
- Door closes
- Use of hand and power tools
- Very repetitive work
- Working to fire and safety regulations
Ideally you would have basic carpentry experience, and be confident with using hand and power tools.
