About the job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Person with excellent customer service skills to join our Hubs & Community Services Team.

You will be responsible for the upkeep and routine maintenance within our Community Hubs & Living schemes, Day Centres and Llanover Hall. You will be required to coordinate & undertake the upkeep / maintenance as required both internally and externally.

Duties will include painting, grounds maintenance, repairs & low-level carpentry etc Purchase and collection of consumables control of maintenance stock & removal/relocation of furniture and equipment.

The successful candidate will be required to change priorities at short notice and adapt to unexpected situations.


What We Are Looking For From You

You will be flexible and willing to contribute to the team as a whole, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all times

You will ensure Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.

You will have the ability to undertake any duties as may be reasonably required by a Maintenance Person
