NRL’s client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to oversee and manage all engineering works for their assets. You’ll maintain accurate data within the CMMS, report KPIs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage a team of technicians to achieve engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading safety compliance, line managing maintenance technicians, executing engineering works, budget control, and managing third-party contractors.
What You Will Need:
Required:
Formal Apprenticeship (Mechanical/IE/Analyser)
SVQ Level 3 in relevant subject
HNC in Mechanical or IE Engineering
Time served in Maintenance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven self-starter, decision maker, and team leader
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proficient in IT and CMMS systems
Desirable:
Experience on a top-tier COMAH site
Understanding of maintenance workflow and CMMS
Knowledge of National and International standards
Budgeting and cost control experience
Current driving license
