Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Recognised plumbing qualifications and certifications i.e. City & Guilds in Plumbing
- Heating
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, preferably in a commercial or
- industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including maintenance, repair, and
- installation techniques.
Day to Day Duties:
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems,
- fixtures, and equipment.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and efficiently performing necessary repairs to restore
- functionality.
- Installing, connecting, and maintaining plumbing systems in accordance with industry
- standards and regulations.
- Responding promptly to emergency plumbing calls and addressing urgent issues to minimise disruptions.
- Collaborating with facility management teams to plan and execute maintenance
- schedules.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to plumbing systems for enhanced
- efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed service reports
- and documentation.
