Maintenance Roofing Technician -Inverness

Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Maintenance Roofing Technician covering sites throughout Inverness.

The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers, and perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by the manager.

The successful applicant will be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be roofing): joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundworks, roofing, or glazing with an NVQ level 2 qualification in Roofing (or equivalent).

In return, our client is offering a total package of GBP29,722 per annum + Standby + Overtime, including on call every 1 in 4 weeks + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)

This role will also see you working closely with another Technician and responsible for sharing transport to and from client sites. Candidate must be willing and open to travelling out with Inverness daily. Area consists of IV, AB, PH, DD & KW postcodes potentially.
