Maintenance Scheduler
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Hybrid Working
As Maintenance Scheduler, you will be working on the Repairs Team assisting with:
- Administrative support to the Repairs Team
- Regular contact with operatives, ensuring the workload is completed within time frames
- Collectively working towards targets with the maintenance team
- Managing customer care operatives' workloads
- Manage inbound calls, troubleshooting repairs and maintenance issues
- General administration duties
- Schedule/plan appointments into appropriate work programmes
- Ensuring operatives workloads are maximised to optimise jobs completed
To be successful in this Maintenance Scheduler role you will need to:
- Have high quality organisation skills and customer service
- Be a great team player
- Have the ability to work to strict deadlines
