Maintenance Scheduler
Hourly Rate: £14-16ph (paid via Umbrella)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm
Location: SN12
As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be working on the Heating team assisting with:
- Raising purchase orders and work orders to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Logging calls to the system
- Providing a high quality customer service, handling emails, inbound and outbound calls
- Chasing feedback on any work orders
- General admin
- Ensure multiple operatives' workloads are both maximised and at the same time optimised so they can complete as many jobs as possible per day
- Monitor allied work processes eg. special materials, jobs suspended etc. and act where appropriate to adjust work programmes or chase progress
- Schedule & plan appointments into appropriate work programmes based on the key metrics
To be successful in this Maintenance Scheduler role, you will need to:
- Be experienced in Planner/ Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Maintenance coordinator
- Be experienced in social housing or have worked on a social housing contract
