The Company
Our client is an innovator in the environmental sector who have an opportunity to join them as their Maintenance Supervisor for a state of the art waste recycling facility. This provides the opportunity to be part of a secure and long term maintenance role.

The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor
• Reporting to the Group Maintenance Manager this role is a standalone position l responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the Environmental Processing Plant.
• As our Maintenance Supervisor you will ensure that any mechanical problems are rectified as a priority and planned preventative maintenance measures are in place and carried out accordingly.
• As our Maintenance Supervisor  you will carry out any fault finding and repair of all associated plant and machinery, such as conveyors, hydraulics, etc
• As Maintenance Supervisor you will co-ordinate and check contractors work.

The Successful Maintenance Supervisor
• The successful candidate will have a mechanical maintenance background, experience working with heavy machinery, manufacturing, waste management or agriculture.
•You may currently be fitter/engineer looking for your next step into a supervisory role.
• The Successful Maintenance Technician will have good communication skills and the ability to work positively in a team environment.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• The ideal candidate will have a positive, cheery and can do personality and attitude.
• This role would suit an individual who is keen to develop themselves as our business also grows.
