SalaryWe're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM Team based across a large commercial site in Essex.
Location: On-site in Essex
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in service delivery across the Client estate.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors.
- Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works
- Ensure 5 SHE Basics are actioned & followed.
- Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and
planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area. - Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their
tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment
