Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar, with experience managing a team, looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career, being responsible for your own team in one of the UK's biggest food businesses, whilst being provided training and development, with generous company benefits?

In this role you will responsible in supporting all activities on site, whilst managing a team of up to 12, of Engineers and Apprentices. This will include monitoring performance of the production line, understanding engineering and operational KPI's to identify areas of improvement, identify training needs, ensuring equipment is ready and allocating and recording stock.
