Maintenance Surveyor

Apex require a Maintenance Surveyor for reactive work and planned work contracts in Dundee, DD2.

Duties will include management of labour and sub-contractors, progress reports to main client/contracts manager and ordering of materials.

• Start date: Immediate start available 8am

• Pay rate: £25 per hour

• Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm

• Duration: 6 months

• Requirements: SMSTS/First Aid and Asbestos awareness
