£55,000 per annum

4 on 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to further develop and improve our engineering function. Supporting our Shift leads, acting as engineering out of hours point of contact for the site. Ensuring that work schedules are met and any issues escalated in line with site procedures. To act as lead for engineers in regard to work prioritisation and absence.
Responsibilities:
* Engineering activities as defined by planner and Team Leader.
* Ensure team compliance to CMMs and maintenance plan.
* Reprioritise work orders in line with prevailing shift performance
* To escalate in line site procedures any none conformance or significant breakdown/failure and act as engineering point of contact.
* Ensure compliance to engineering standards in workshop and ancillary areas.
* Encourage continuous improvement culture within the department and identify improvement projects.
* Shift Handovers completed.
Skills and experience:
* Multi skilled maintenance engineer
* Use of CMMS
* PTW and contractor control
* LOTO
