Shift: 4on 4off Days & Nights

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader position at a state-of-the-art high speed distribution company based in Stoke-on-Trent. The client are a leading international business and supply solutions to major manufacturing/retail clients across the globe. This site has seen a lot of growth within the last few years, due to this growth they have needed to expand their engineering department and as a result there is now a need for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader. The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, prioritising work, training and development of engineers but also, they will need to get stuck in with hands on work from an electrical and mechanical standpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Maintenance Team Leader or aspirational maintenance engineer to join a large company and build a fantastic career.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• Multi skilled with either electrical or mechanical bias
• Electrical and mechanical Skills
• Have an engineering qualification.
• Ideally have leadership experience
• Factory Background
• Continuous improvements
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
