This UK market leading company are a part of the automotive manufacturing industry, they are rapidly expanding, due to company investment, are looking for a Mechanical Engineer, to lead the Engineering Maintenance Team, provide internal training and provide them with the further scope to progress into higher managerial positions within this prestigious company.
This is a varied days based role where you will be office and factory based, overseeing and managing the maintenance engineering team, production line efficiency, scheduling preventive and reactive machinery repairs - reporting to higher management and managing directors.
This role is for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a supervisory background looking for a role that offers full autonomy and further progression.
The Role:

• Engineering team management, maintenance organisations, production efficiency checks.
• Office and Factory Based: 37 Hours
• Full Autonomy

The Person:

• Mechanical Maintenance background
• Supervisory/Management Experience or similar
• Wants full autonomy
