Maintenance Technician

We are excited to be recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for MyPad Paisley, our unique student accommodation in the heart of Paisley which features a Social Space with Pool Table, 237 residents and Team ready to make MyPad the best it can be!

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (with occasional weekend working during peak times) as a part of a close-knit team, you ll be undertaking reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance works which includes painting and decorating, health and safety checks and refuse & recycling management. You ll also need to be competent with minor electrical and plumbing maintenance as you ll be responsible for the installation of white goods, carrying out visual PAT testing, changing plugs and fuses, emergency lighting checks, changing locks and handles and replacing bulbs and bulkheads

As we work in our residents living spaces, you ll need to be a good communicator who always demonstrates professionalism and can ensure discretion and diplomacy when needed, including maintaining confidentiality regards recording sensitive information.
