Building Maintenance Operative (Joiner)

- Hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hours a week
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the coordination and resolution of aftercare building issues.
- Contact clients to arrange visits, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Follow work items lists and ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and trades to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Ensure that work is carried out safely, adhering to the Company's health and safety processes and procedures, as well as HSE requirements.
- Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a pragmatic approach and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Multi-skilled in various trades, with essential experience in joinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and positive can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in being client-facing.
- Full UK driving license.
- Basic IT skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
