Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Looking after accomadation facilities.
Ongoing and possibilities of this role being a Temp to perm role.
2 years experience in a maintenace role required.
This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience working with logic controllers is a plus
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service skills
