Maintenance/Ground Care Technician

TSI Turbo Service International Ltd are looking for a Maintenance/Ground Care technician to carry out duties within our sites in Totton and Lymington.

The key duties as follows.

1. Performing routine cleaning and sanitising, including specialist cleaning of delicate or high-value items.
2. Fitting shelves, brackets, assembling furnishing, hanging pictures.
3. Completing small repairs such as fixing locks, water leaks, lighting, utilities.
4. Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors.
5. Performing grounds maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, weeding, planting scarifying, and replacing exterior light bulbs.
6. Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues
7. Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively.
8. Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed.
9. Painting and Decorating.
10. Driving duties will be required.

Minimum of 5 years all round maintenance experience covering all areas of property maintenance including (but not limited to) basics of woodwork, joinery, electrics, plumbing, painting, plastering and any general DIY skills.

A full driving license is essential for the role.

A full clean DBS is essential for the role.

Tooling will be provided to complete necessary tasks.
