Maintenance/Residential Surveyor

Our client, based in Manchester, are seeking Two Residential/Maintenance Surveyors to join its growing team. The Successful surveyor will be predominantly working remotely and required to go into the office once a month for a general meeting.
This is a very niche role! The ideal candidate must ideally have a residential/social housing background. The main purpose of the role is to analyse survey's undertaken by the contractor and identify what is being planned for the building. Highlighting of any potential issue's will need to be acknowledged so experience is a must. An interest in energy efficiency is also ideal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a surveyor to join an an established team and further their career. The successful applicant will be working on several projects at any one time and will liaise with the senior management team accordingly
