Major Donor Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Major Donor Manager to join our non-profit education team. The candidate will be tasked with identifying Major Donor prospects and building strong relationships to meet fundraising targets.

Description

• Identify and cultivate relationships with Major Donor prospects.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for major gift fundraising.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure effective communication with donors.
• Prepare and present financial reports to board members and other stakeholders.
• Organise and manage fundraising events.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Work closely with the communications team to develop effective fundraising materials.
• Monitor fundraising trends in the non-profit sector.

Profile

A successful Major Donor Manager should have:

• A strong background in fundraising or related fields.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate relationships with Major Donors.
• Experience in planning and managing events.
