Make-Up Artist for Flagship Boutique

We are looking for a retail superstar to manage the Flagship Boutique store of a highly successful global beauty brand. You need to be skilled with make-up and beauty and have heaps of charm, charisma and positivity. This is a career opportunity with a bright future for the right individual. You must have at least 4 years retail experience within a similar setting

 Key Accountabilities

• Develop business strategies to raise brand awareness, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales & customer experience.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.
• Additional store manager duties as needed.
