Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users. You will support people to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally. You will (alongside members of the person’s circle of support) empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals. Flexible hours and working patterns can be considered. We are a local provider employing a diverse team of over 120 well supported staff to deliver great services.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education and social opportunities. You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a zero-hours contract/relief basis, which will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Previous care/support experience of at least 6 months is needed.
