If this sounds like you, we’d love you to join our dedicated team of Houseparents, working on our UK based residential young learner courses this summer. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide pastoral care for young learners aged 7-17.
As a Houseparent, you will:
- Supervise students, ensuring their safety and well-being onsite.
- Lead daily house meetings, encouraging open communication with students and addressing any issues.
- Conduct regular house checks to maintain and safe and comfortable living environment.
- Supervise mealtimes, ensuring positive dining experiences and ensuring dietary needs and preferences are catered for.
- Administer the distribution of pocket money and maintaining accurate records.
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere with the house, encouraging respectful behaviour.
- Assist with activities and study tours.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
About Us
This year we are running our Spring Course located:
- Hertfordshire – 22nd March 2024 to 28th April 2024
