A SNAPSHOT OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS DAY…
We are now expanding our finance team to support the rapid growth of the business. This role will also grow with the business. It will help ensure the finance function continues to deliver on it’s role in customer service, supplier relationships, statutory compliance, internal control, commercial support and meaningful reporting.
Accounting:
- Support the Head of Finance with the production of:
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations including Bank Reconciliation
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Management Reporting
- P&L forecasting
- Annual Budgeting
Tax:
- Support the head of finance with the preparation and submission of the VAT return.
Commercial:
- Support the Head of Finance and the business on:
- Sales and Margin analysis
- New Business assessment
- Promotional and trade activity assessment
Clerical:
- Accounts payable
- Cover and Support for the Office Administrator:
- Accounts Receivable (raising sales orders, fulfilling and invoicing)
- Remittance Allocation
- Invoice Discounting Admin
- Credit Control (issue statements, chase overdue debts)
Other:
- Capex appraisal
- Internal Controls - development and adherence
- Ad Hoc Duties

- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA (required)
- Good (required) to Advanced (desired) Excel Skills
- NetSuite Experience (Essential), NetSuite SuperUser (Desired)
- 3 years relevant experience
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work well to tight deadlines
