Management and Business Administration Apprenticeship Skills Coach
Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
37 Hours per week
Hybrid working covering Swindon and surrounding areas
Pertemps Work-Based Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Client as an Apprenticeship Skills Coach/ Assessor in Management and Business Administration up to L5. The employer is a leading provider of apprenticeships with national coverage, rated by Ofsted as 'good'. This is a fantastic opportunity for people with experience in Management and Business Administration.
The employer is looking for experienced Apprenticeship Trainers/skills Coaches who have a background in both Management and Business Administration with experience in delivering apprenticeship standards in both disciplines. As an Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor, you will be teaching a caseload of up to 40 apprentices using a range of workshops (groups of up to 20), face-to-face and remote delivery.
The package available for the position of Management and Business Administration Skills Coach

• Basic salary up to £30000 depending on experience
• 21 days holiday + Christmas shutdown and public holidays.
• Mileage allowance and full equipment provided.

The Role and Responsibilities of the Logistics Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach :

• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning sessions to groups in classrooms and through online platforms.
• Work with learners on all aspects of their apprenticeship in Management and Business Administration and support the learner with preparation for end-point assessment.
• Provide support and mentoring to apprentices.
• Conduct regular feedback reviews for learners and their line managers.
• To ensure that the whole assessment process is followed and that Apprentice portfolios are complete and up to date.
• To ensure that all the compliance and process requirements relevant to your role as funding partners are met in full.
• Remain up to date with any changes with the standard, qualification, and assessment processes.

Skills and experience required for the position of Management/Supply Chain Tutor:

• Must have a recognised assessors award – TAQA, CAVA, A1, etc.
• Ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification – PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, etc.
• Needs experience delivering Logistics and Team Leader Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Experience or knowledge of the logistics industry is needed.
• Have experience delivering training through online platforms.
